Description

The Yamaha A1R is an electric acoustico with a traditional western cutaway body shape.

Solid spruce top, rosewood sides and back, mahogany neck, rose fingerboard, 650mm scale/43mm nut, System72 PU system with built-in tuner.

Although it is a cutaway, it features a rich full-bodied sound and a powerful resonance with a sparkling, crisp mid-low range, which is useful for live playing.

It shows signs of use (dents on the top of the body, scuffs and scratches on the back of the neck, ring marks, picking marks, fogging and bits on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, fret adjustment, and bracing re-glued) upon arrival, and the fret board is high enough to play well. The truss rod can be tightened or loosened up to 60.
