Description

This is a 16″ combination of Old K Zildjian from the Intermediates period of 1959-66.

The cup is a bit large for a hi-hat, so it may have been a matching cymbal. It is speculated that it was a matching cymbal.
Overall, it is a little thicker, but of course it can be used as a hi-hat.
This combination produces a very deep, low pitch, yet crisp grain.
It also has a good volume and produces a very powerful and dynamic beat.

There are some stains and greenish-blue commensurate with its age, and the edges have slight edge scratches, but the center hole is clean and undistorted, and the condition is solid for its age.

This is a combination that could be a very valuable generation HH, a cymbal that offers the rich, deep sound that only Old K can offer.
