Description

The Manlay Sound M-200 is a guitar pedal that recreates the sound of the early 3-knob Marshall Major. Known as “The Pig,” the Marshall Major was a unique 200-watt amp that was used by many legendary rock guitarists. Its sound was different and unique compared to Marshalls of any period. It also had “Marshall 200” printed on the panel.

The M-200 recreates the legendary circuit configuration of the Marshall Major (The Pig). It consists of two independent preamp circuits, one dedicated to low frequencies and the other to high frequencies, allowing for a wide variety of sound makeup by mixing the different amp sounds for each band. The master volume control maintains balance with the original sound even when the BASS/TREBLE volume is turned down considerably. The Sensitivity control is designed to allow fine adjustment of gain sensitivity.

This is a gem that reproduces the legendary classic rock Marshall sound with an outstanding sense of tone.
