Limited edition maple side and back version of the popular 314ce!

This is a limited production model for Japan based on the 314ce, one of Taylor’s regular models. The regular 314ce has sapelli side & back and mahogany neck, but this one has maple side & back and neck with tiger grain. The top has a gloss finish, while the sides and back, neck, and headstock have a satin finish, just like the regular one.Made in 2014, it has X bracing, and the pickup and preamp system is the still much-loved ES1.
There are scattered dings and scratches, mainly on the top. The top has a gloss finish, so some of the dings on the top are a little noticeable, but others are not so noticeable. There is also some paint fogging under the pickguard and in the area to the right of the bridge, and the satin paint on the back of the neck is slightly dull.
Our repair department has ironed out the neck and fixed the peeling bridge. The neck is in fair condition. The truss rod has less than half a turn left in the tightening direction. The frets have been rubbed together and are not dented, and more than 70% of the height remains. Both playability and sound are perfect.
The maple side and back give the guitar a clear and crisp sound. The crispness in chord work is also attractive.
